What phones does SnapQ work with?
Works with any iOS device (iPhone, iTouch or iPad) running iOS 7+. New iOS devices will be supported as they become available. An Android smartphone version will be available soon.
Does SnapQ work on Android, Windows Phone, or Blackberry?
No, not at this time.
Is SnapQ Free?
Yes, downloading the App and creating basic SnapQ surveys is FREE.
What is the range of SnapQ?
By default the range is set to 500 to 1000 meters. The range will change based on available SnapQs.
What are QuickQuizzes?
Short consumer pop quizzes that are 'pinned' from the SnapQ App to a specific location for 3 days.
How do I create a commercial survey?
Create an account by registering on SnapQ.com and create your SnapQ survey using the administrative tool.
How do I view the results?
Simply return to the administrative tool on SnapQ.com, login as necessary, select your Survey and select the Review Results tab to see all survey results data in real-time.
What kind of survey questions are supported?
Currently: Single select, Single select with user write-in, Multiple select, and Multiple select with user write-in. Other question templates and options will be released in the future.
Can I view QuickQuiz results online?
No. Only through the SnapQ App currently. We will be creating the ability to link accounts at a later time.
How do I set up my SnapQ App?
Simply install from the iTunes or GooglePlay store and launch on your smartphone. New SnapQ surveys will appear if they are available nearby to your location.
Can I send SnapQ feedback?
Yes. Please login to the SnapQ App and look for the 'SnapQ Satisfaction' survey.
How do I tell my friends?
You can invite friends to the SnapQ service using the 'Invite Friends' link on the Menu bar after logging into SnapQ.com.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within one week ONLY if you select to upgrade to a premium account subscription or if you purchase a premium one-time feature.
Does SnapQ work internationally?
Yes! Any address or location can be used as a target for SnapQ surveys. Examples: street address, zipcode/postcode, city name, etc.
Do my SnapQ surveys expire?
Yes, by default surveys will expire after 7 days (3 days for QuickQuizzes). These can be extended if you have a premium subscription package or if you buy the one-time feature.
